Suggested Application Rates and Options
For lawns, each bag will cover up to 2,500 sq. ft. when used with a typical rotary spreader. For best results follow feeding instructions listed on the back of the bag. Also see the back for spreader settings.
New trees and shrubs apply 1/2 lb. per ft. of plant height. Mix with soil before planting. For established trees apply 5 lbs. per inch of trunk diameter. For established shrubs apply 5 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. of growth, spread evenly over soil and work in.
Flowers, roses, and gardens will also benefit from NitroOrganic. For flower beds apply 18 cups per 100 sq. ft. For rose gardens apply 8 cups per 100 sq. ft. For gardens apply 18 cups per 100 sq. ft., repeat during fruit and vegetable growth.
